| Neighborhood Directory | Approx every two years | A comprehensive directory of all residents living with the GHRHA boundary. This is another great way to get to know your neighbors names instead of just faces. Advertising opportunities. |
| Spring Fling | April | Neighborhood gathering usually with pizza, ice cream, snacks, adult and kid beverages, kid activities, and door prizes. Come meet your wonderful neighbors. |
| 4th of July Parade | Hmm…July 4th! | Dual hosted event with neighboring Dominion HOA. Breakfast and snacks, community parade, and the kid favorite Fire Truck. |
| National Night Out | October | Another great chance to get out and meet your neighbors, as well as a chance for some munchies. |
| Progressive Wine Party | Winter | Meet your neighbors and enjoy great conversation, snacks, and wine (or other non-alcoholic beverages). |
| Neighborhood Garage Sale | October | Neighborhood-wide advertised garage sale. Get your spring cleaning done in October and make some money while you’re at it. |
| Neighborhood Clean Up | As Needed | A chance to volunteer to help beautify our streets and greenspaces as well as our entry signage and landscaping. |
| Call for Volunteers | Any Time | We are a volunteer run HOA. Please volunteer your time and skill set to keep our neighborhood a premier place to live. |
